As we aim to satisfy our customers as much as possible and stand to the highest standard of the offered services, we use a central monitoring system in our data centers, that is configured for precise control of all parameters affecting the infrastructure’s operation.
It is possible to manage and monitor all components of the enterprise data center and we ensure collecting and evaluating of the most important parameters through central monitoring of proper components such as VMware vCenter, CISCO UCS Manager, Hitachi Storage Command Suite, CISCO Catalyst, CISCO MDS, CISCO ISR, Eaton PDU and so on..
We do know that for customer’s satisfaction it is not enough to only guarantee technology functioning without failures. That’s why in SLA we guarantee our customers not only uptime and quantitative parameters, but also qualitative parameters (response), which means the application gets always needed resources at least by the ordered value. The situation when the service doesn’t indicate a failure but an application can’t write on the disk in guaranteed times (response time) or the CPU is overloaded by another customer and it has to wait too long (CPU Ready Time) therefore cannot arise.
Based on actual and historical data we predict trends and work on capacity planning of the infrastructure so it covers demand of all running services and we still have enough capacity reserve at the same time.
